No. 2 Enfield (15-1) will square off against No. 15 Newtown (10-7) Wednesday at 5 and with a win would face either No. 7 Norwalk or No. 10 Greenwich Friday or Saturday. The Eagles only lost to Glastonbury.

Suffield (6-9-1-0) is seeded fifteenth in Class S and will play at second-seeded Stonington (13-2-1-0) Tuesday at 5:30. If the team pulls off the upset, it would play either No. 7 Northwestern or No. 10 Lewis Mills Thursday at a time to be announced.

RHAM is the top contender among local squads, as the Sachems are seeded second in the Class L Tournament.

No. 9 Glastonbury (16-4) swept No. 24 Wilton Monday at 6:00 and will travel to No. 8 Newtown (16-4) Wednesday at 6. No. 21 South Windsor (10-11) fell to No. 12 E.O. Smith 3-1 Monday night.

RHAM (17-1) will attempt to improve one better on last season’s tournament results, when the top-seeded Sachems were upset by Platt in the championship game. RHAM has a first-round bye and will host either No. 15 Stratford or No. 18 Woodstock Thursday at 6.

Three teams are competing in Class M. No. 8 Tolland (17-4) swept No. 25 Waterford Monday night and will host No. 9 Woodland (17-4) Wednesday at 6.
