Sports played: Cross Country, Indoor Track, and Outdoor Track

Academic Honors and Awards: High Honor Rolls, Honor Rolls, and CCC All-Academic Teams

Athletic Honors and Awards: 6 time CCC All-Conference, All-State Team Cross Country 2015, All-State Team Outdoor Track 2015, 2015 Class M 800m State Champion

How do you prepare before a meet?: I usually start the day of a meet with a breakfast full of carbohydrates, and go on a long dynamic warm-up and run prior to my race.

What are you most looking forward t​o in regard to your fall season?: Next Cross Country season, I am looking forward to leading my team to a Class M State Championship and hopefully qualifying for the New England Meet as an individual.

What has been your biggest highlight to date in your high school uniform?: My favorite moment from my high school career so far would be winning the Class M 800m as a sophomore.  While it was nice to win the title, the achievement also helps me stay motivated to reach for bigger and better goals, both as an individual and a team.

Who has been your biggest sports influence?: My biggest influence in regards to running would be my older brother. He is the one who first got be into running and he has pushed me to strive for my best ever since.

Who is your favorite pro or college athlete?: My favorite athlete would be Galen Rupp.

What are your plans beyond high school?: ​My plans are to continue running cross country and track at college and major in astrophysics.​
