Kaley Watras Brings Leadership to CCSU Basketball

Senior Kaley Watras has again been a strong two-way player for Central Connecticut this season. The Glastonbury native is averaging 6.8 points and 3.5 assists per game for the 5-7 Blue Devils. On defense, Watras is averaging 1.7 steals per game. Her best performance of the season thus far was in the season opener against Hofstra. She scored 16 points and dished out six assists and recorded three steals in a 71-66 win.

Zachary Hannon

Hannon has a solid season swimming for Bryant. The Marlborough native has four top four finishes in the 50 free, including a first place finish against Providence College. He placed third in the 100 butterfly and fifth in the 100 freestyle in a meet with Vermont and NJIT. Hannon was part of the Bulldogs winning 200 medley and 400 free relay teams against Iona, and at the Harold Anderson Invitational, his 200 free team won in a meet-record time of 1:26.60.
