How I prepare for a game: Unlike many athletes I don’t listen to music to prepare for a game I usually head over into the locker room about an hour before tip-off. I think about the game I go over all the plays in my head and I picture the things that need to be done in order to beat my opponent. I make sure I stay hydrated and about a few minutes before we have to get on the court to warm up I take ten deep breaths and after that I am ready to hit the court!

What are you most excited about this season?
